The Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) Future Explorations created by FHV, NHL and HAMK invites curious, creative, and ambitious students to embark on an international learning journey dedicated to promoting sustainable development through smart technologies. Participants will tackle pressing global challenges, discover how innovation can drive meaningful change, and collaborate in an inspiring environment where ideas turn into action. This is your chance to contribute to designing a more sustainable tomorrow.
Using design futuring and innovation development methods, you’ll engage hands-on in creating prototypical solutions for real-world problems. The programme combines online collaboration with an intensive in-person experience, offering a dynamic learning environment enriched by international exchange. Learning outcomes
By the end of this Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme, learners will be able to:
- Know how to assess future developments and apply methods of trend analysis, future assessment and design futuring to develop future scenarios.
- Develop innovative and/or technologically supported or communicative solutions addressing future challenges and evaluate their feasibility.
- Combine theoretical knowledge as well as methodological competencies in the process of innovation development.
- Know how to work in an interdisciplinary team and face a final presentation, including a discussion.
Selection criteria
Students from the organizing HEIs are nominated and have priority. Students from other RUN-HEIs are selected based on motivation, expectations and wide representation of subject areas/fields.
The selection team will also take steps towards ensuring diversity.
