1. Business Idea. Presentation of the necessary tools for developing a business idea and their usefulness in the current context.

2. Strategic Analysis and Planning

2.1. Introduction to strategic planning.

2.2. Introduction to external analysis: macro environment, development of the general environment analysis, specific environment, and competitor analysis.

2.3. Internal analysis: development of resource and capability analysis, operational plan, and human resources plan.

2.4. Conclusion of strategic analysis: creation of a SWOT analysis.

3. Marketing Plan

3.1. Introduction to the concept of marketing.

3.2. Market segmentation, identity, image, and positioning.

3.3. Marketing mix: product, price, distribution, and communication.

4. Financial and Accounting Analysis

4.1. Introduction to accounting.

4.2. Profit and loss statement.

4.3. Balance sheet.

4.4. Financial dimension.

4.5. Cost of capital.

4.6. Investment valuation.

Methodology

Viewing of explanatory videos on theoretical content (Spanish version with English subtitles).

Access to complementary resources: practical examples, case studies, relevant websites, etc.

Self-assessment through multiple-choice quizzes.
