In contemporary societies, every teacher or manager, young or adult, feels the pressure generated by the challenges of the modern world, the labor market, the accelerated pace of change and the increased level of demands on every individual, school, institution. Teachers, young beginners or adults, constitute the most important capital for educational and social development. Educational institutions are socially invested with the mission of training generations of children, young people, adults, as future professionals. The current socio-economic and cultural context has increased dynamics and unpredictability, to which is added the avalanche of digital technologies, the challenges generated by globalization, the mix of intercultural problems, the increasing number of children with SEN, the need to develop and implement projects with European funds, or the need for hybrid forms of education and work, classic and online, digital and remote.

Teachers, managers of educational institutions and the world in general are making systematic efforts to face these challenges and create strategies at the European level, with the official intention of correlating and reconfiguring social and educational policies to train adults with a successful professional and personal future.

The challenge is complex and comes from the mission to implement educational reforms and create the right framework for performance, quality, innovation, development, communication, cooperation, stimulation, initiative and investment on a personal and professional level. Innovative leadership and high-performance management can provide answers to these complex changes and foster the development of personal and professional skills of young people and adults in the dynamic and global context of changes we face.

Professional future, success, efficiency, coherence, vision, flexibility, partnership projects, communication and networking, style and charisma, the science of leadership, the art of managing and motivating teams, digital innovations - in a few words, the issue of a vast area of leadership and high-performance management that we want and need in every educational and personal development organization can be outlined. The social context has direct effects on every teacher and school manager, young beginner or adult, who is forced to function in unpredictable socio-economic, educational and cultural conditions, with rapid changes, with challenges ranging from legislative to personal, conditions that require new approaches to leadership and institutional and personal management.
