How do we create meaningful, innovative and regenerative food and drink experiences in tourism?  In this BIP, participants will assume the role of professional advisors, aiming to enhance the meaningfulness, innovation, and regenerative qualities of food & drink experiences at winter markets.Expect a mixture of input from experts in the field, group work, problem solving tasks and reflection. During the F2F week you will go on field trip to the historical city centre of Bruges and Lille.
