Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) experience connecting student teams from the University of Burgos (Spain) and the Polytechnic University of Leiria (Portugal) within the RUN-EU alliance. Through accessible video game design, students engage in international peer exchange, intercultural dialogue and constructive, non-evaluative feedback. Video games are approached as cultural, social and inclusive digital tools that can promote accessibility, participation and well-being for people with hearing loss, while strengthening European values of inclusion, cooperation and diversity.
Idea Development

Using a broad co-creational lens, and the latest information on idea development methods, the students will create new business ideas, that meet the changes of the European wide business environment by solving business problems introduced by local Finnish companies.

This SAP explores the transformative power of video games as a medium for promoting social inclusion, accessibility and user empowerment. The programme applies a co-creation methodology, combining theoretical knowledge with practical teamwork to develop user-centred solutions. It includes online sessions, practical design workshops, and a face-to-face intensive week dedicated to co-creation, prototyping, and testing with end-users, including older adults and individuals with disabilities from diverse social and health entities.
Vital Schools: - Designing Movement-Friendly and Sustainable Playgrounds

Students co-design a movement-friendly and sustainable school playground through international teamwork and real-life school engagement.
