Being in a community isn’t the same as feeling you belong! The SAP, hosted by Howest and jointly coordinated with NHL en TUS, enhances participants' understanding of community building and its impact on well-being. By fostering a learning group culture, encouraging participants to share their personal stories, and identifying commonalities within and across Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), the SAP aims to create a "NEW WE", reshaping narratives around education and learning. The aim is to set clear goals for each RUN EU partner to build stronger communities and boost the sense of belonging.

Art activities can play a role in prevention, (mental) health, personal development, empowerment and social inclusion. However, integrating these practices in the domain of health care and well-being is still a challenge. Students will study the challenges European health care and well-being systems face and study cases and develop interventions that address and support mutual understanding between professionals and artists.Photograph: Performance scene of ‘Momentum’ of Dance Company Leefmeester. Participants gain insight into meaningful STEAM education in extracurricular contexts. In international teams, they design and prototype an activity tailored to a specific youth target group, applying human-centered and inquiry-based approaches. Through coaching and hands-on sessions, they explore the seven STEAM design principles and develop facilitation skills to inspire young learners in their university’s Future Innovation Lab. Each team tests their activity with the target group, reflects on the outcomes, and improves their design accordingly.
